6.  Do  you have the ability to provide remote support?
We do offer this service for home users when possible.  It of course requires you to have Internet access, and as you know, a lot of problems with home users is around network access.  As it relates to our business clients.  YES:  We may have to go onsite to configure your server for remote access, but it's a common practice for us and one our Clients have come to love.
