7.  I have an XBOX that has problems, will you assist with that?
We are in the support capacity and are aware that support is not a 9-5 type of position.  With that said, you can contact Trumbull Techs 24X7X365.  If we are not in the office, we will get notified that there is a message.  We work around your schedule, so if you get home from work at 6:30PM, we are able to schedule to meet  you anytime after that.  If you have a critical issue that happened late Friday, or Saturday, and you need it back by Monday, we can accomodate.
